We use modern CAD systems to create a precise 3D model of the tool. We use digital simulations to check in advance how the tool will function under real conditions.
Production is carried out using state-of-the-art CNC machines that ensure maximum precision. We rely on tried-and-tested processes such as milling, grinding, eroding and hardening to guarantee durable and high-precision tools.
Every tool is comprehensively tested before it goes into series production. We use measuring systems to check the dimensional accuracy, carry out initial test runs and optimize the design if necessary.
After successful acceptance, the tool goes into series production. We also offer maintenance and servicing to ensure a long service life and consistent production quality.
